New tattoo and new critter

So I was able to get my tattoo done yesterday! YAY! I am sooo happy, and I love it. The guy did an amazing job. His work can be seen here, and my tattoo is seen here. This is my tattoo! The name was already there, he did the flowers. He did a crazy good job. Worth every penny of the $350 and every minute of the 4 1/2 hour sitting.

Matt came with me for the first hour and a half of my tattoo but then went to spend time with his cousin, since they don't see each other often either. I'm glad I got to see him but I wish I could have seen him longer. Going to his place fell through since he'd gotten a ride up with his mum and she wanted to leave at 7PM so. Anyway, moving on!

Friday night I was walking home with some friends when my friend Tina exclaimed in surprise. I turned and looked at what she was pointing at and saw... a toad! I was so happy to see one, so I quickly picked it up. And I brought it home. And bought it a container. And now it's living on my TV haha... Here is the toad.


And! I was doing some container maintenance for my tarantula Thor because I didn't like how his burrowing was going, the substrate was too unstable. Anyways, during the process I had the chance to handle him a little and I took a couple photos. Here is one I particularly like. Isn't my baby absolutely adorable?


Anyhow, I still have to vacuum and do a bit of house cleaning, and take out the trash... all that jazz. So I best get to it before it gets too late!
